Weekly All-Skills Camp (4 weeks):

Designed for players desiring training on a weekly basis.
Monday's: June 21, 28 July 12 & 19 from 3:30 - 5:00

High School Summer Specialty Camps

1st Contact Camp (Passing, Digging and Serving):

  • Session 1: June 28, 30 & July 1
  • Session 2: July 12, 14 & 15 
  • Session 3: August 3, 4 & 5
    12:30 - 1:30

Setters Camp:

  • Session 1: June 28, 30 & July 1
  • Session 2: July 12, 14 & 15
  • Session 3: August 3, 4 & 5
    1:30 - 2:30

Hitters Camp:

  • Session 1: June 28, 30 & July 1
  • Session 2: July 12, 14 & 15
  • Session 3: August 3, 4 & 5

Cram Camp - August 9 & 10

Head Coach Michelle Vander Meer earned her CAP II Certification with USA Volleyball, and has traveled to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado for three different coaching clinics. Michelle has developed an outstanding teaching program for all levels and ages by observing what the Men’s and Women’s National coaches teach and learning what they desire in their own players.

 

Passing & Defense: Learn how to control your body, resulting in better ball control. Read the opposition and know where to be on defense. Posture, body mechanics, movement training and ‘loaded legs' are important basics covered.

Setting: Learn footwork patterns, decision making/setting options, jump setting and effective attacking of the second ball.

Hitting: Learn footwork, hand contact, jumping efficiently, proper transition and arm-swing mechanics, along with being educated on the skills of smart hitting and 'using' the block while hitting at all areas of the net.
