Only small coolers allowed, none on wheels. (this is for us, other places are allowing any cooler – we just don’t have space for 45 families to bring in BIG coolersJ!)

Outside food packed in personal sized bags (no trays or big cartons) may be brought in if kept inside the players bags. Any food or drink left laying out will be disposed of by staff. (Instead of a veggie tray, put veggies in baggies and keep in players bag.)

No buffet tables.

No electric appliances.
