Newsletter What a summer it has been already! We ended the indoor juniors
season and are in the midst of Beach club and Beach tournaments! BIG NEWS – We have secured Misty May-Treanor to come for two
clinics August 31st!
One will be indoor at Carpe Diem from 9 a.m. till NOON and the other
will be at Grand Haven State Park from 3 – 6 p.m. Sign up now We also have corporate or individual
sponsorships available. If you are

asap. Congrats to David Ryan Vander Meer on being selected as one of the
top 4 U19 Athletes in the USA HP Beach program. He is currently out in California training for the FIVB U19
World Championships in Portugal!
He will be competing the week of July 28! GO USA! Junior's: • Indoor camps – We have plenty for the High, Middle
& Elementary players! • Youth Beach! –We have
tournaments July 10, 24 & 31.

Michigan – What a great day it was for the teams that
came and played! Congrats to The
Deuelywoods for taking first in GOLD, 2nd was The Boy’s, 3rd
was Carpe Diem Spikers. • Beach Club Volleyball - New this year! We have 90 youth participating! They are all working hard and getting
ready to play in the Carpe Diem Club Championship tournament July 24th.
• Beach leagues - Holland
Beach League Session 2 @ Holland State Park, Starts July 27th. • Private Lessons are
options for boys and girls, men and women and entire teams! Contact David to schedule a time.
